In a very poor and tasteless ad, Sprint CEO Marcelo Claure sits at a round table and talks with real customers about wireless competition in the US.
When questioned about the cellular landscape, Marcelo agrees with a woman sitting at his table that alleges T-Moble is ghetto.
I’m not sure what is more insensitive. That this woman thinks of Sprint in the top three US carriers or that she insulted a whole group of people.
I must say as a T-Mobile user I am not ghetto and feel Sprint did the right thing stepping away from the ad.
However, I disagree with them pulling it.
