Sherpa plans 2,700 mile football dribble

The grandson of legendary Everest climber Sherpa Tenzing Norgay plans to dribble a football 2,700 miles across India.

Tashi Tenzing plans to begin dribbling his way across India in September next year, with the aim of reaching Everest base camp in 2006.

He told the Asian Age his year-long dribbling journey should serve as a symbol of world peace and understanding. He is aiming to get support from the FIFA and United Nations for his project.
